They make ones specific for airbrushes but you can use a regular one to. You just need to have a moisture trap in the line. I forgot to add a link into my list. Airbrushes do not come with the 1/8 inch airlines so you will need to buy one as well they run around $10 depending on brand. Here is the one i bought it comes with an adapter to attach a 1/4 inch air fitting to. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B078T94D4F?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1 You can buy the 1/4 inch male quick disconnect air fittings from harbor freight for a few bucks.

What kind of compressor do you need for these

If anyone wants to do the workshop on airbrushing you will need to buy a gravity feed dual action airbrush. below are links to the ones i have and an inexpensive one that should work. The inexpensive one i have not tested.

Inexpensive. I have not tested this one but it has ok reviews. https://www.amazon.com/GotHobby-0-3mm-Gravity-Dual-Action-Airbrush/dp/B005H3FMBW/ref=sr_1_4?crid=420FOFK8J3DG&keywords=airbrush+kit&nav_sdd=aps&qid=1681701534&refinements=p_36%3A2638326011&rnid=2638325011&s=arts-crafts&sprefix=airbrush&sr=1-4

mid range. I have this on and it works well https://www.amazon.com/Master-Airbrush-Multi-Purpose-Dual-Action-Professional/dp/B002KJDXHQ/ref=sr_1_5?crid=8YAB8DH534YM&keywords=airbrush&qid=1681701211&sprefix=airbrush%2Caps%2C103&sr=8-5

High end. I just got this one and it is equivalent to the real expensive with no bells and whistles https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07WCCTBK1?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details

You will also need an air hose this is the one i bought https://www.amazon.com/dp/B078T94D4F?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1 The 1/4 inch male air fitting can be bought at harbor freight for a couple bucks.

If someone else has experience with dyes and wants to bring them in to do a workshop for those not interested in airbrushing that would be great. If not i will bring in some of my other tools to play with.

Trying to come up with ideas for the next meeting. Is there any interest in an airbrush workshop? I don't have enough airbrushes but the starting price for them on Amazon is not that much. I could give the links for the 2 i have and a entry level one. I can supply paint to play with as long as its a gravity feed one and not a siphon one. If someone wants to do a secondary workshop on applying dyes for anyone not interested in airbrushing. Another idea is the colab swap if anyone wants to bring in a turning that fits inside a 6x6x6 inch box. Depending on how many participants we have we can figure out how to swap. Possible put them all on a table and everyone pull a number. Then in order everyone picks one that is not the one they brought. If anyone has ideas or comments post them here.
